SHIPPING

All pieces are hand made to order by me, and packaged one by one by me, which means there is no stock and the piece will be made exclusively for you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be shipped and delivered. UPS and USPS shipping services are offered for US national and international delivery. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURNS

Please email me directly at hello.ochio@gmail.com explaining the issue with your piece.

Returns are allowed within 14 days if the item is damaged, not worn and still in its original package. Customer is to pay the return shipping fee. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, however if there is a manufacturing fault, I offer repair service at no cost within a period of 6 months of the purchase date. Please choose your piece carefully and with love as returns are not allowed for “I changed my mind”.
