Handcrafted jewelry brand created by Ornella from Venezuela. Started as a meditation process from working long hours in costumes for film and TV in New York City.

It’s the contrast of mass-produced and, the elevation of the human hand, organic shapes and sensual contours, metals and photography.

Using the ancient method of lost wax casting, wax is carved by hand or melted organically, which is then cast into precious metals. For more organic, textured aesthetic, we use sand casting, where molten metal is poured into a hand-packed sand mold.

OCHIO is a project of pure experimentation and collaboration, inspired by the sensuality of quotidian objects, using basic techniques to create irregular pieces that highlight flaws over perfection.
